You upload construction documents to us - specs, drawings, contracts. We know exactly how sensitive that is. This page says what we do with them, and what we never do.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, and optionally phone and company, plus the documents you upload for a job.
• What we measure: anonymous page counts (which page was visited and which campaign link brought you). No cookies, no advertising identifiers, no tracking across other sites.

What we do with your documents

• We use them for one purpose only: performing the review or answer service you ordered.
• They are stored securely (encrypted in transit, access-controlled storage) for the time needed to deliver and support your job.
• Processing uses trusted AI infrastructure under contracts that do not train on your data.
• Deleted on request: email hello@redmarkup.com and we remove your files.

What we never do

• We never sell your data. To anyone.
• We never share your documents with other customers or third parties (except the processors below, only to deliver your job).
• We never use your documents to train AI models.

Who touches the data

Three processors help us run the service: Supabase (secure storage and database), Anthropic (AI document reading), and Resend (emailing your receipt and results). Each receives only what is needed to do its part.

Ask us anytime what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion: hello@redmarkup.com. We answer within a few business days.
